Procedure for submitting an article


1. Materials for publication (an article and enclosed documents) are to be sent to the magazine staff partly in electronic format, partly as a hard copy.

2. E-format of materials is represented through the registration of article submitted for publication at the web site of magazine.

3. Only users registered at the web site of magazine are eligible to prepare their article submissions. Previously registered users perform authentication on the suite entering login and password in the “ENTER” region. For registration it is necessary to get in the site http://aerospjournal.ru and finding “ENTER” click “Registration”, then fill in the author‘s card.

4. To register an article submission in the ‘Personal Cabinet’ it is necessary to click “Send the article” and fill in the registration card.

5. A card of article registration contains three tabs such as “Article”, “Authors”, “List of References” to be filled in; mandatory ones are marked with the symbol *.

6. Required information:

·  A title of article in Russian; its translation in English is desirable;

·  An abstract in Russian (at least 600 symbols, with no spaces); its translation in English is desirable;

·  The UDK number (see, for example, http://teacode.com/online/udc);

·  Key words in Russian (3-5 word-combinations);

·  The magazine to be expected to publish the article is “Aerospace Scientific Journal” (selected from the list; above requirements are those of this magazine);

·  Field of study the article concerns (selected from the list);

·  Name of institution on behalf of which the article is represented;

·  E-mail addresses to contact the authors;

·  A list of authors with their full names both in Russian and in English, place of work, and e-mail addresses;

·  List of references both in Russian and English.

To make quick and easy registration it is better to collect all relevant information in advance in one file (a template of file describing the article in Microsoft Word format download from the magazine site).

7. In addition to above information, it is necessary to add files of other required e-documents (tab “Article”) and then click “Send” button. The article submission for publication has to include the following files:

·  A set of files containing an article text in Microsoft Word or in LaTeX  format (including files of figures), as well as a its PDF-file;

·  A list of references in Microsoft Word format;

·  File containing an article summary in Russian and English in Microsoft Word format (when registering the article submission for publication after 01.02.2014);

8. A hard copy of author’s application signed by all authors of article should be presented. It can be mailed to the editorial office of magazine using one of two ways:

·  by surface mail by address: (105005, Moscow, 2-ya Baumanskaya ul., 5, BMSTU, Electronic Scientific and Technical Periodical “Science and Technology”. Editor in-chief);

·  through the mail and messenger service of BMSTU as a mail for the magazine “Aerospace Scientific Journal”.

9. Authors being out of BMSTU staff should present the author’s application with signatures of all authors certified at the Personnel Department of appropriate institutions. Authors working at BMSTU do not need certified signatures.

10. Immediately after electronic article submission has been registered the editorial staff starts treating with the article.

11. The editorial staff deals with authors by e-mail (contact e-mail address authors indicate at registration) rather than by phone. It is advisable (especially for non-resident authors) to indicate a real e-mail address actively used and often viewed since delayed author’s replies lead to the publication delays.

12. A decision to publish the article is made using a closed review procedure, arranged by the magazine staff and after receiving the hard copies of article files.

13. Review of received articles and their publication in the magazine is free of charge.

Recommendations for preparing the abstract of the article

An abstract is aimed at the following:

  • allows a reader to make a quick assessment of the basic content of an article to make decision if its full text is worth reading;
  • gives general information of an article thereby avoiding the need to read its full text in case it is of peripheral interest;
  • is used by research, library, and search information systems.

An abstract of the article must be:

  • informative (free of descriptive generalizations);
  • comprehensive (reflect the basic content of an article);
  • structured (follow the logic of material representation in the article);
  • compact (comply with a limit of 10-12 lines (font 12)

An abstract must contain:

  • subject and aim of the work (provided that they do not follow from the article's title);
  • used method(s) of research;
  • main results of research;
  • disagreements as compared the given publication with other thematically similar ones;
  • scope of results application;
  • conclusions, recommendations, prospects for development.

Please, avoid parenthesis (e.g., "the author considers that ..." and "the author thinks that ...", etc.), as well as complicated grammatical structures. The abstract ought to be laconically written in the simplest terms for the non-professionals to conceive a matter. Therefore, it should not bristle with scientific terminology. Please avoid well-known information and cliches. There should be no any cited quotations of the article in the abstract. The abstract, usually, uses structures of ascertaining nature (the author analyses, proves, describes, justifies, etc.), as well as evaluative standard wordings (mainly focuses on, important relevant issue, problem, analyses in-detail, prove conclusively).

The following approach to the abstract quality assessment is known. Translate the abstract using any translating computer. Then use it again to translate back into Russian language. If the text is understandable readers will take it well.

The ethic norms for authors




A published paper is the final stage to be, as a consequence, mandatory for any researcher. Scientific papers must contain complete description of study starting with their conducting procedure to come to the results obtained. Such published papers from the very beginning, when developing both the new theory and the new techniques and applications of already existing results, may have a meaningful effect on not only the academia, but also on the society as a whole. Therefore, the researcher’s papers must be fair, easy-to-understand, and definitive and present their content with no uncertainties, inaccuracies, and selectivity.

2. Results Integrity and Validity

2.1. Research results to be published should be in compliance with the ethic norms without violation of any legislation and rights.

2.2. Researchers have to use reliable and proven techniques for analysis, data processing, and representation of results (if necessary, they ought to ask expert‘s advice).

2.3. Authors take a team’s responsibility for their papers content. Researchers have to check carefully their papers at each stage to present a correct description of all methods and results. Authors have to check calculations, formulas, and tables, and graphs.

3. Fair-dealing

3.1. Researchers have to publish their results fairly, with no false or distorting results. Images resulting from investigations (X-ray images, photos, etc.) should not be modified.

3.2. Researchers have to do all their best to describe used methods and results as complete and unambiguous as possible. Authors have to use the acknowledged style of writing. Publications should contain sufficient information for the other researchers to repeat described experiments. Inappropriate, vicious, and unexplainable results should not be omitted in order to avoid the results misrepresentation, and the proof or rejection of some hypotheses. Research restrictions are to be described in the paper to be published.

3.3. In case authors detect mistakes in the papers, which have been accepted and published, they have to inform the editorial staff of the journal and work together with them to correct mistakes as soon as possible.

3.4. Authors have to cite correctly the references of other researcher where needed. Authors do not have to cite the references if they themselves have not worked with this literature.

3.5. New results should be published in the context of the previous investigations. The papers of other researchers in the field concerned should be sufficiently represented. The paper to be published should present a comprehensive survey of literature available in the field concerned as completely as possible while the attained results should be balanced rather than selected to defend or disprove a certain hypothesis. Individual opinions keeping only to one standpoint cannot be considered as a theoretical review of available results.

3. Liaison with authors

3.1. Decisions of acceptance/rejection to publish a paper are based on the relevance criteria, scientific novelty, cohesion and coherence, and literary style of submitted material.

3.2. Decisions of acceptance/rejection to publish a paper are not reversed provided that there are no new facts for decision reversal.

3.3. Authors are entitled to appeal a decision regarding their paper, formulating the ground for decision reversal

3.4. Editorial staff informs authors about the procedures to submit papers for publication and make decisions on publication as well as about requirements for papers to be published.

3.5. Editorial staff ensures confidentiality of materials and information presented by authors.

4. Scientific novelty

4.1. Authors take responsibility for singularity of presented paper and ensure that given paper has been never published by the other publisher in any language.

4.2. Authors have to follow generally accepted legislation and conventions. Copyright material can be used only in case a copyright holder authorizes it with the relevant acknowledgement.

4.3. A paper to be published should include references to the relevant studies and materials in the field concerned both of the proprietary authorship and of the other researchers. References to the basic works in the field concerned are also desirable.

4.4. Data, text, figures, or ideas created by other authors should be represented by the relevant references. Original text of the third-party papers should be cited in quotations.

4.5. Authors have to inform publishers on the fact that represented results have been published earlier or there are papers, describing another kind of analysis of the same data, etc. which at the moment are under submission in the other journals. Copies of these papers should be attached to the paper.

4.6. Publications, which continue any other paper, should include a reference to it. Various available translations of the paper or its adapted versions for the heterogeneous audience also should provide a reference to the initial paper. If an author has some doubts it is better for him to ask a permit of the initial paper author.

5. Transparency

5.1. The paper should show all funding sources of research, equipment, and materials. Authors must also define sponsor’s role in the course of research development, its conducting, analysis, and publication of results.

5.2. Authors must specify financial and nonfinancial interests, which may have effect on interpretation of results and be useful for publishers and readers. It can be, for instance, relations existing with edition where the paper is published (e.g. editorial board member publishing his/her paper in proprietary journal). Potential conflicts of interests must be also defined.

6. Author affiliation

6.1. Scientific papers answer not only the question what the scientific and technological activity advance is, but also who has made it. Therefore, author’s name and his/her contribution to given activity must be as accurate as possible.

6.2. In the paper of several authors the activity distribution between the authors and those who have been mentioned in the acknowledgement section (those of in charge of less essential or purely administrative activities), as well as criteria for such distribution must be specified at the very beginning. Ideally, these criteria must be agreed for each section. Editorial staff does not solve the author affiliation problem. Authors themselves are responsible for right authorship identification defined according to instructions of their institution. Research institutions have to possess their own unbiased standards and criteria to define authorship and, if needed, to resolve authorship conflicts.

6.3. Researchers have to ensure that a list of authors includes only those who significantly contributed to work development and people earned this right have got it. Research institutions and editorial staff have to exclude ghost-authors, as well as guest ones and authors being granted the status as a gift.

6.4. All authors have to agree to be included in the list of authors and approve the last version of the paper to be published. Any amendments in the list of authors must be adopted both by included authors and by excluded ones. A responsible author is just an inter-agent between the editorial staff and other authors. He/she has to keep in touch with co-authors to inform how the published paper is going on.

6.5. Authors do not have to include persons noncontributing to work development in acknowledgement section.

7. Awareness and responsibility

7.1. All authors have to be completely aware of the published material and be sure that the paper meets main requirements of established standards.

7.2. Authors have to work in cooperation with editorial staff of the journal to correct mistakes or omissions, if there are any detected.

7.3. Authors have to follow relevant conventions and requirements according to which they are obliged to make available materials, reagents, software or data kits for other researchers if there are such requests. However the authorship should not be perceived as a condition to make materials available for the other persons.

7.4. Authors have to give a well-timed reply to the already published papers comments, questions raised, and, if necessary, provide additional explanations.

8. Abidance by the terms of publication

8.1. Authors have to follow the requirement that the paper must be submitted at the same time only by one journal (publisher).

8.2. Authors must inform the editorial staff that they desire to take away the paper or not to make amendments in the paper content after a peer-reviewer’s conditional consent has been received.

8.3. Authors have to give a correct and well-timed response to peer-reviewer’s comments.

8.4. Authors have to hold a respect for publisher’s requirements, not inform Press about their research results before their publishing. Authors and their research institutions have to collaborate with publishers to coordinate media activity (issuing the press-releases and holding the press-conferences), related to the published paper. Press releases must exactly represent research results, but must not contain any consequences mentioned in publication.

Peer review

All scientific papers the editors of the journal “Science and Education” receive should undergo double-blind peer review (a reviewer and an author of the manuscript do not know each other).

1. The members of the editorial board and guest reviewers who are head researchers in the field concerned in Russia and other countries. The editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, science editor, and managing editor make decision on a reviewer to be nominated to review a paper. The deadline is in 3-4 weeks, but on reviewer's request it may be postponed.

2. Each Reviewer has the right to refuse to review in case of apparent conflict of interests reflected in the paper perception and interpretation. Following the paper consideration a Reviewer gives a reasoned recommendation on the paper using one of the following options:

  • accepted (for publication as it was submitted);
  • minor revision (may be accepted for publication upon making Reviewer's amendments);
  • major revision (needs in significant corrections and re-review);
  • reject (the journal cannot publish the paper).

3. If the review advises revise and finalize the paper, the editors forward the reviewed text to the author with a proposal to take into account the Reviewer's remarks when preparing a new version of the paper or give arguments (partially or completely) to refute them. Finalizing should take, at most, 2 months from the date of sending the electronic message to the author to revise. The author-revised paper is again reviewed.

4. In case the authors refuse to revise their material, they have to notify, in writing or orally, the editors of their rejection to publish the paper. If the authors do not return a finalized version in 3 months from the date of sending review the editors cancel its registration even there is no authors' notification with their refusal of revising. In such situations an appropriate notification is sent to authors that the paper registration has been cancelled because of expiry date.

5. If the Author and Reviewers have the irrepressible conflicts regarding the paper the editors have the right to submit it for further review. In conflict situations, the Editor in- Chief takes decision at a meeting of the Editorial Board.

6. The Editorial Board makes decision on rejection slip in accordance with Reviewers' recommendations. The paper rejected by the Editorial Board for publication is not accepted for review. The rejection slip is forwarded to the Author either through e-mail or through a personal account at the journal's website.

7. If the Editorial Board of the journal accepts the paper for publication the editors inform the author on the terms of publication.

8. A positive review of the paper is not enough. The Editorial Board makes final decision to publish it. In conflict situations the Editor-in-Chief may take decision.

9. The journal Editorial Board stores the reviews of original versions for 5 years. Review copies are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on request.


The publications in the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” are included in the citation indexing systems of authors and journals. A citation index is the numeric indicator, which characterizes a significance of the given paper and allows user to find the later publications, which cite the given paper.

The journal citation indexing systems are as follows:

Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) is a bibliographic database of scientific publications accumulating information on publications of Russian authors in Russian and foreign scientific editions. The Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru) has been developed the RSCI project since 2005. By 2012 the e-library platform had recorded over 2400 domestic journals.

Google Scholar is a freely accessible web search engine that indexes the full text of scholarly literature across an array of all formats and disciplines. The Google Scholar index includes most peer-reviewed on-line journals of Europe and America's largest scholarly publishers.

Publishing Ethics

1. Introduction

1.1. Publication of materials in peer-reviewed journals is not only a simple way of scientific communication, but also makes a significant contribution to the development of the scientific knowledge in the field concerned. It is therefore important to agree on the standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in publication activities, i.e. the Author, the journal Editor, the Reviewer, the Publisher and the Scientific Society.

1.2. The Publisher not only supports scientific communications and invest in this process, but is also is responsible for compliance with all current guidelines in the paper under publication.

1.3. The Publisher is committed to strict supervision of scientific materials. Our journal programs are an impartial “report” of the development of scientific thought and research, so we are also aware of the responsibility for the proper representation of these “reports”, especially in terms of the ethical aspects of the publications described in this document.

2. Duties of Editors

2.1. Publication decision

The Editor of the scientific journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” is personally responsible for making publication decision, often in cooperation with the appropriate Scientific Society. Reliability of the work under consideration and its scientific significance should always provide the basis for decision to publish. The Editor is guided by the Editorial Board policy of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU”, as well as by the applicable legal requirements concerning the defamation, copyright, and plagiarism.

The Editor may take counsel with other Editors and Reviewers (or officials of the Scientific Society) when making publication decision.

2.2. Fair play

The editor has to evaluate intellectual content of the manuscript without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, origin, nationality or political preferences of Authors.

2.3. Confidentiality

The Editor and Editorial Board of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” should not, unless necessary, disclose information about a submitted manuscript for all persons, except for the Authors, the Reviewers, the potential Reviewers, other scientific advisors and the Publisher.

2.4. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

The unpublished data obtained from the submitted manuscripts should not be used for personal research without the written Author's consent. Information or ideas obtained through the peer review and the associated potential benefits must be kept confidential and never be used for personal benefit.

Editors must refuse to accept a nomination to review manuscripts (i.e. they have to seek a Co-editor, Assistant editor, or to cooperate with other members of the Editorial Board for reviewing the work, instead of reviewing and decision-making alone) when there are conflicts of interest resulting from the competitive, cooperative and other interactions and relationships with Authors, companies and, possibly, other institutions related to the manuscript.

2.5. Publication supervision

The Editor, proving positive that the publication presents erroneous statements or conclusions, has to inform the Publisher (and/or the relevant Scientific Society) to provide the early notice of making revisions, publication withdrawal, expressions of concern and other situation-relevant claims.

2.6. Involvement and cooperation in investigations

The Editor (or Scientific Society) takes adequate steps in case of ethical claims relating to the reviewed manuscripts or published materials. Such steps, generally speaking, include interaction with Authors of the manuscript and argumentation of a relevant claim or requirement, but they can also concern the interaction with relevant institutions and research centers.

3. Duties of Reviewers

3.1. Contribution to editorial board

The review helps the Editor to make publication decision, and through appropriate interaction with the Authors may also enable the Author to improve the quality of the work. The review is a compulsory link in the formal scientific communication, located in the “heart"” of the scientific approach. From the Editorial Board's point of view all the scientists who want to contribute to publication are required to be actively involved in reviewing the manuscript.

3.2. Promptnes

Any nominated Reviewer who feels a lack of qualification to review the manuscript or has no enough time for quick execution of the work, must notify the Editor of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” and ask to exclude him from reviewing the relevant manuscript.

3.3. Confidentiality

Any manuscript to be reviewed must be considered as a confidential document. This work cannot be open and discussed with anyone who has no Editor-delegated powers.

3.4. Standards and objectivity

The Reviewer undertakes to give an objective evaluation. Personal criticism of the Author is not acceptable. Reviewers have to express their opinion clearly and with reason.

3.5. Acknowledgement of sources

Reviewers have to identify the relevant publications in the field concerned, which are unavailable in the list of the manuscript references. The manuscript must make an appropriate reference to any statement (observation, conclusion or argument) in the previous publication. The Reviewer has also to draw Editor 's attention to the fact that between the manuscript under consideration and any other published work in the area of Reviewer's competence there are substantial similarity or overlapping.

3.6. Disclosure and conflicts of interest

The unpublished data obtained from the manuscripts submitted for review should not be used for personal research without the written consent of the Author. Information or ideas obtained through the peer review and related to potential benefits must be kept confidential and never be used for personal benefit.

The Reviewers should not be involved in reviewing the manuscripts when there are conflicts of interest as a result of competitive, cooperative and other interactions and relationships with anyone of the Authors, companies or other institutions related to the submitted work.

4. Duties of Authors

4.1. Reporting standards

The authors' report on the original study has to provide valid data of the work done as well as an objective discussion of the significance of the study. Data on which the work is based are to be error-free. The work has to contain sufficient details and references for a possible reproduction. False or consciously erroneous statements are perceived as unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

Surveys and scientific papers should be accurate and objective, and the Editorial board's point of view must be well defined.

4.2. Data access and retention

Authors may be requested for the raw data pertaining to the manuscript for Editors to review it. Authors, if practicable, have to be ready to provide open access to such information (in accordance with ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases) and, anyway, to store these data after publication for an adequate period of time.

4.3. Originality and plagiarism

Authors have to ensure that the work presented is completely original and if they use other authors' works or statements it is compulsory for them to provide relevant bibliographic references or extracts.

There are many forms of plagiarism such as presenting anyone else's work as an author's one, copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of other people's works (without authorship attribution), and claiming the rights to the results of other people's research. Plagiarism is a duplication of the own previously published works or parts thereof. All forms of plagiarism are unethical and unacceptable.

4.4. Multiple, redundant and concurrent publications

In general, the Author must not publish the manuscript, mostly concerning the same study, more than in one journal as an original version of publication. Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously in more than one journal is perceived to be unethical and unacceptable behavior.

In general, the Author must not submit the previously published paper to the other journal.

Sometimes, if the certain conditions are met, ethics allows publication of papers of a certain type (for example, translated articles, etc.) in more than one journal. Authors and Editors of the keen journals must agree to the secondary publication, which compulsorily represents the same data and interpretations, as the primary published work.

The references of the primary work should be given in the secondary publication. Further information about acceptable forms of secondary (re) publications can be found on www.icmje.org.

4.5. Acknowledgement of sources

Always recognize the contributions of others. Authors have to make references to publications that are relevant to implement the given work. Privately obtained data, for example, in the course of the talks, exchange of messages, or in the process of discussion with the third parties, must not be used or represented without written contest of the Author of a firsthand source. Confidential source information provided from the evaluation of manuscripts or grant-in-aid, must not be used without written contest of the Authors, whose work is related to the confidential sources.

4.6. Authorship of the paper

Only those who have made a significant contribution to the work conception, development, implementation or interpretation of the presented study can be the Authors of publication. All who have significantly contributed should be designated as co-authors. If the team members of the study have made a significant contribution to the certain area in research project, they are to be mentioned as ones significantly contributed to the given study.

The Author has to make sure that all the team members who have made a significant contribution to the study are presented as the co-authors while those who have not been involved in the study are not listed as the Co-authors and that all Co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the work and agreed to its submitting for publication.

4.7. Disclosure and conflicts of interest

All authors, in their manuscripts, have an obligation to disclose financial or other existing conflicts of interest that may be perceived as ones having the impact on the results or conclusions presented in the work.

Examples of potential conflicts of interest to be disclosed mandatorily include employment, consulting, joint-stock property, and remuneration, providing expert opinions, patent application or registration of patents, grants and other financial support. Potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed as soon as possible.

4.8. Essential errors in published works

In case the Author detects fundamental errors or inaccuracies in the publication, he (she) has to inform the Editor of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” and interact with the Editor either for the publication withdrawal or for cutting errors as soon as possible. If the Editor or Reviewer received information from the third party that a publication contains fundamental errors, the Author is has an obligation to withdraw the work, or correct errors as soon as possible.

5. Duties of the Publisher

The Publisher has to follow the principles and procedures to facilitate the performance of ethical duties of Editors, Reviewers and Authors of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” according to standards. The Publisher must be certain that advertising or reprint revenue has no impact on Editorial decision.

The Editorial Board has to support Editors and Reviewers of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” in considering claims to the published materials in terms of ethical matters and assist in communications with other journals and/or Publishers if it contributes to performing duties by Editors.

The publisher has to promote standards for best practices on ethical matters in conducting research and to set industry standards in order to improve the ethical guidelines, withdrawal procedures, and correction of errors.

The Publisher has to provide the appropriate specialized legal support (review and counsel), if necessary.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

The unpublished data obtained from the submitted manuscripts cannot be used for personal research without the written consent of the Author. Information or ideas obtained through the peer review and related to potential benefits must be kept confidential and never be used for personal benefit.

The Reviewers should not be involved in reviewing the manuscripts when there are conflicts of interest as a result of competitive, cooperative and other interactions and relationships with anyone of the Authors, companies or other institutions related to the submitted work.

Matching content and plagiarism

The Editorial Board of the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” necessarily use the system Antiplagiat to verify the material of the paper. In case of multiple matching content the Editorial Board acts according to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) rules.

Policy of pre-prints and post-prints

Submitting the papers the Author has to confirm that the paper has not been published or has not been accepted for publication in another journal. With citing the paper published in the journal “Science and Education of Bauman MSTU” the Publisher kindly requests to post a link (the full URL of the material) to the assigned DOI on official website of journal.

The papers and materials the Authors completely or partly posted earlier anywhere on private or public sites of the other publishers are not accepted for submission.

About DOI Identifier


DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) are unique alphanumeric identifiers assigned to all articles to be published under the main headings of the journal "Aerospace Scientific Journal" in global Internet space.

DOI consists of two parts separated by a slash. The first part (a prefix) that is prior to the first slash identifies publisher’s e-resource code (every publisher has a unique own code). The other part (after slash) is formed by the publisher and may be represented, as any alphanumeric character set to be valid for the Internet resource address.

A DOI system works as follows. If the prefix http://dx.doi.org/ is added to DOI, there will be a correct URL, which, when used in a browser, will be a link to the page describing the article to which this DOI is assigned. As a rule, in the text of an e-resource, DOI is a hyperlink that provides automatic redirection to the e-resource that was assigned the DOI.

Currently, a great number of English language journals and other electronic resources for data exchange in the scientific community use DOI. Its main advantage is uniqueness (there are no e-resources with the same DOI) and consistency (once assigned, the DOI is unchanged, even if the e-resource changes its Internet address).

In our journal DOI is assigned to each published article. However, to use DOI as a reference to the article, the DOI should be activated on the DOI site ( http://dx/doi/org ). Due to a sizeable number of publications in our journal, DOIs are activated once a quarter, so the link using DOI remains inactive for some time after the article has been published.
